For me, this episode never quite clicked. It came across like an attempt to take the show in a different direction. The Gruesome characters were unappealing. Whatever they said and did was moderately amusing, but nothing more. The voice of Creepella was Naomi Lewis, who made no contribution to the series except for this episode. There is an upcoming episode which features the Gruesomes and the Hatrocks. Much better than the introductory episodes for both sets of characters. Curiously, the Hatrocks and the Gruesomes had Jean Vander Pyl as Creepella. Jean should have done the voice in both Gruesome episodes. She was better than Naomi Lewis. Overall, this episode is not much more appealing than a cup of red ants.
