A game is far more important than the score
JordanThomasHall10 September 2018
Sister Bertrille is leading the boys at the orphanage in playing baseball. Some of the boys feel Armando (George Spell) is too little to play. Seeking unity, she arranges for them to play the strong La Mar team in San Juan. Carlos buys them new equipment, with their uniform logo "Casino Carlos". The couple who is adopting Armando is arriving early and he is upset to be leaving before the game. He daydreams hitting off Dodgers great Don Drysdale. On the day of the big game, the victory may be far more than the score.
