Somewhat simplistic view of a married couple wherein the wife (Linda Darnell) is totally preoccupied with the business end of their mutually held company, while the husband (Allyn Joslyn) complains of alienation of affection. For starters, they don't look like much of a match, but when she sees him kissing another woman, she just blows it off while he wishes she were more like her glamorous sister. Feigning a vacation trip to work out the cobwebs and get in shape, Jennifer Hollander (Darnell) leaves town for a while, and returns as a knock out with a twist - she's impersonating her sister to see if she can get a rise out of her husband. In a comedy venue, this might have made for a frantic 'I Love Lucy' episode, but here it seemed underhanded and sneaky. The husband didn't bite, realizing that he really did miss his 'real' wife, then turns the tables on her when he figures out the ruse. In the 1950's you could wrap up a story like this in twenty minutes or so with a feel good ending, but this one was just a bit too icky for my taste.
