Mari Blanchard was always for me a delight to watch playing, she reminds me Julie London with her frame. She plays in this episode a wealthy widow whose behavior provokes gossips everywhere. This is a suspicion topic, in the classic manner, but not the Alfred Hitchcock way though. The struggle - McNally to destroy those rumors about Blanchard, against her mother and sister in law. who try to push him against his new wife. The audience is sufficiently glued to the story without falling asleep, waiting to discover if yes or not the dead husband relatives are right or not about Blanchard. A good drama.
