A woman in danger...all in under half an hour.

Warning: Spoilers
So many women in film have been through what Ida Lupino goes through here (including herself) and for this T.V. episode of "Four Star Playhouse", she does it in accelerated time. She's of course, an unhappily married woman, on vacation at Aunt Madge Blake's, and when the old dear leaves for an overnight trip, Lupino is confronted by the handyman (Pat Conway) who makes advances and tries to get her to run away with him. Glances between the two give the impression that she is attracted to him, but being tied to her bed-ridden husband, she remains faithful to him. Unfortunately, while she is alone with the handyman, the husband is under heavy sedation and Lupino must react quickly. How will Lupino escape the dangerous situation? All is wrapped up neatly and quickly in this typical T.V. anthology fashion. The still gorgeous Lupino is seen in practically every single frame, and makes the most of the lack of running time. Of the other actors, Conway as the handyman stands out the most, while Blake's aunt by any other name is still Batman's Aunt Harriett.
