When John Mallory holds up the slug he removed from Kimble's arm he says that it looks like a .38 police special. In actuality there was never a cartridge called a .38 police special.
When Kimble enters the small store he is wearing dress slacks, a crisply starched white dress shirt and tie. Despite his attire and well groomed look Andrea Cross, who has never laid eyes on him and knows nothing about him, automatically assumes he'd be interested in a job as a handy man. She also automatically assumes he is without transportation. She acted as if she knew his background even though there is no way she could have.
The hermit tells Kimble that he hasn't seen a human in 40 years, then later on he says he worked in the outside world for 40 years, which totals 80 years. Near the end of the show, it is revealed that the hermit is 65 years old. One or more of the statements cannot be true.
Andrea expresses gratitude to the Pharmacist by saying what sounds like "Thank you, Mr. Kugly" when, in fact, his name is Kugler.
There are is a discrepancy with the Pharmacist's name. In the credits, his name is spelled with an 'a', i.e. Kuglar, contrasting the spelling of his name with an 'e' on the sign outside the Pharmacy, i.e. Kugler.
