A local pimp disappears after visiting a bar. He is beaten, and thrown in a dumpster which is then emptied and the contents brought to an incinerator. Other people in the same line of business are disappearing at an alarming rate. McGarrett visits Johnny Oporta, a local businessman trying to broker a deal with the mainland mob by taking over the competition. He has one person killed, but does not incinerate it. This puts McGarrett on to him. His former girlfriend, however, knows that he had her boyfriend killed. She faces him down at gunpoint and he kills her, and has her incinerated. McGarrett must tie him in with these murders.
