In dialogue, the suspect's name changes from McMahon to McCann and back to McMahon again.
When Hunter slams his hand on the steering wheel in disgust after losing the suspect he was chasing, he is shown wearing a different shirt (and jacket) than that he was wearing in the scenes before and after.
The early street shot of Hunter's car shows a 1973 Chevy, not the '72 he drives.
When Hunter and McCall first find McMahon he is working as a cook in an eatery (a 'greasy spoon' was my first impression). When McMahon, who is at the grill, turns around there is a cigarette hanging between his lips. That is a clear health code violation for which the owner could lose his business license, he should know enough to not let his cook smoke while cooking.
