At one point during the hearing Sturgis refers to the defendant, James Westin, as "Mr. Westin"; however, Westin is an enlisted man in paygrade E-3 -- a YNSN -- a seaman striking for the rating of yeoman. The protocol calls for Sturgis to address him as "Seaman Westin" or simply "Westin". It's incorrect to address an enlisted man as "mister".

This is incorrect as the C-130 was the largest and heaviest plane to have landed, and taken off, from a carrier. Also, the C-2 Greyhound, seen many times on JAG, is just a little heavier than the Vigilante.
