Larry finds himself in a bind
Woodyanders19 June 2020
Warning: Spoilers
Larry (ably played to the angsty hilt by Garry Shandling) finds himself in the public spotlight in the worst way possible after CNN broadcasts embarrassing footage of Larry knocking over a woman at a grocery store.

David Paymer easily steals the show with his deliciously smarmy portrayal of shameless publicity guy Norman Litkey, who tries to convince Larry to exploit the incident in order to boast the show's ratings. The footage of the incident and several TV broadcasts about it -- one is even done in Spanish! -- are positively sidesplitting. Larry's apology to the woman live on his show makes for a marvelously awkward moment. Moreover, Beverly (a fine Penny Johnson) has a nice scene in which she attempts to comfort Larry while Hank (the always terrific Jeffrey Tambor) gets a golden wingman moment when he comes to Larry's aid when his apology doesn't initially go over as well as intended. A total riot.
