Warning: Spoilers
A sketch involving spiders runs into a problem when Larry (ably played to the jerky neurotic hilt by Garry Shandling) refuses to do it because of his fear of spiders. Of course, things wind up going wrong with hilariously chaotic results.

Widely considered one of the first real classic episodes of this particular show, this one scores a bull's eye thanks primarily to the legendary Carol Burnett's admirable willingness to play a less than flattering persnickety version of herself, with the scene in which Burnett informs Larry that his lion cloth costume he wore during an awkward rehearsal revealed a certain part of his anatomy proving to be a definite gut-busting highlight. Moreover, the conniving way Larry tries to convince Hank (the always great Jeffrey Tambor) to do the spider sketch further adds to the considerable hilarity. An uproarious show.
