After Dr. Olivet first talks to Julie Messimer Atkinson, she describes Julie as "pretty severely" disturbed, but one of the detectives says that Julie claimed never to have seen a "shrink." However, defense counsel later reveals that Julie had been hospitalized at Bellevue after a breakdown, and presumably she got psychiatric treatment there.
The detectives are informed by their medical authority the skeleton is about 9 years old and a male. In fact, it's impossible to differentiate between boy or girl's skeleton until after they've gone through puberty and the pelvic structure has changed.
In the scene labeled "Broadway And 84th Street" the cast is seen standing next to Benny's Burritos on Greenwich Avenue in Greenwich Village.
