The Logan Gang has been wiped out except for the leader, Jeb Logan, and Gimp. They try to rob an empty stagecoach and shoot the driver, but are run off by The Ranger and Tonto. Tonto drives the coach into town meets the express agent, Hank Crowell, and his adopted son Terry. The Ranger arrives later and Hank tells them that the coach was actually loaded with a large gold shipment, hidden in a compartment under the stage. Meanwhile, former gang member Swifty Seldon has been released from prison and rejoins Logan. But Swifty really wants to take Terry (his real son) from Hank. The gang will try to rob the next stage, and the good guys have to devise a plan to catch them. And what will Swifty do when he finally meets his son face to face? A good episode with some touching scenes between Swifty and Terry.
