Mr. Justice

Joe Burke and his two sons are one of the worst outlaw gangs in the west. The Ranger and Tonto are after them. The Burkes stop in the very rural community of Crystal City. They patronize the Crystal City Cafe, not Saloon. After all, a lot of kids watch the show and there's no need to glamorize drinking and saloon girls. So, it's the cafe for the rough tough Burkes. Later The Ranger says that there isn't another town within hundreds of miles of Crystal City. Now that is some rural town! In a robbery attempt, the Burkes wound Colonel Webster and his son, Steve, but Joe Burke gets wounded, too. The Ranger dons a disguise to help him find the outlaws, and calls himself Mr.Justice. Eventually, The disguised Ranger and Tonto are captured by the Burkes in a small cabin, and it may take burning down the building to finally smoke out the outlaws. Stanley Andrews, host of the long running western series "Death Valley Days" plays Joe Burke. Gail Davis plays Mary Webster, but in a few years she would have her own kids' western TV series, "Annie Oakley."
