When Nurse Charlene administers the blood pressure test to Gopher, there's a thermometer in his closed mouth. As she chats with Isaac and pumps away absentmindedly, she cuts the circulation in Gopher's right arm, which causes him to exhibit quiet signs of distress. During one of the short close-ups on his face, Gopher grimaces with an open mouth, without any thermometer in sight; one second later, the thermometer is back into his mouth.
When Gofer gets his blood pressure checked, the nurse supposedly pumps up the cup way too much, but the maximum the gage shows is just 130, barely above normal. Typically the cup is pumped up to 200 or so, and then slowly let out.
Isaac enters a cabin where a woman has lit dozens upon dozens of candles in every spare space, and placed highly flammable fabric over every lit lampshade. Yet, he says nothing to her about the fire danger and it being forbidden, nor does he report it to the Captain as a safety hazard.
