The photo of the Dragon that Chao has is lacquered bright red. The actual Dragon in Hon Chi's possession has no lacquer and is a metallic light-red gold.
The stuntman posing as Tony when Sheng attacks Tony does not look anything like Bill Bixby.
Tony performs a surrounded version of the Zig-Zag Lady illusion at the beginning of the episode. It can be done surrounded, but is somewhat pointless as those behind the cabinet can't see the assistant's hand, feet, or face "proving" that she's in the three segments. Sure enough, there are several audience members looking at the back of the cabinet, who can't see anything, that nonetheless applaud wildly.
In the opening tag, Tom meets with his sister Dawn, and then immediately goes to Hon Chi's compound. Much is later made of how Dawn and Tony don't know where Hon Chi lives. So how did Tom find it so easily, and why didn't he tell Dawn the address he was going to?
Hon Chi gives Tony Tom's unscathed medallion. However, the medallion wouldn't have survived unscathed in a lava pool.
At the end, Tony and Dawn walk out through the booby-trapped hallway without any apparent concern that Hon Chi will activate it and kill them.
