The title is a quote from the show's announcer made at a commercial break to introduce the sponsor's product advertisements.
When Dobie is talking with Zelda as he's leaving his broadcast booth, he holds up a record album as an example of how she needs to have an attractive (photographic) image to sell herself as a singer. The album he clearly displays is the Dave Brubeck Quartet's 1955 Columbia release, "Jazz - Red Hot and Cool". Later, as small-time crook Eddie Baker is leaving his home to see school DJ Dobie about playing his girlfriend's new album, he is carrying a copy of "George Gershwin at the Piano", a 1958 20th Fox release.
