Shelley Fabares in her second appearance
"Mork's New Look" was Shelley Fabares' second appearance as Fred's wife Cathy (making her third and last in next season's "The Wedding"), who wants her husband to see the movie "10," about a beautiful young girl who falls for an older man. Fred frets about being 15 years older than Cathy, and when an old school chum mentions that he's been to a plastic surgeon Fred gets ideas about what he should do. When Mindy tells Mork that her father has always been a hero to her, he too decides to 'shoot the works.' Mindy worries about what changes Mork has undergone, then returns home to see Mork sporting the same kind of bald pate as Fred's (the surgeon laughed him out of the office, so he had to do it himself). Cathy puts her husband's fears at ease by proclaiming him the most beautiful man in the world: "you're kind, you're loving, you're sensitive, and it's written all over your face, don't erase a line!"
