We're having a baby, my in-laws and me.

Warning: Spoilers
It's a reunion for Cinderella's two stepsisters from the 1957 "Cinderella" as Kay Ballard is reunited with Alice Ghostley, playing the head nurse outside of the maternity ward. It's her job to keep interfering mothers-in-law out, and she's got her handful with Eve and Kay. A far cry from both Esmarelda and Bernice, Ghostley's nurse is as no nonsense as Eve Arden's nurse was on "Bewitched". They get through on the third try, disguised as doctors. Funny performances by Kay and Eve using their various voices to disguise themselves, and they can't get out of their jak by having to witness a heart transplant to get them out of nurse Ghostley's hair. Not as slapsticky as normal, but a bit more subtlety goes a long way.

Suzie gives birth

Eve and Kaye desperately try to sneak into Suzie's hospital room when she goes in to labor.

A very funny episode with two good guest stars. Alice Ghostley plays the harried head nurse and Avery Schreiber shows up as Jerry's friend, another expectant father. Funniest scenes have Eve and Kaye trying various disguises of pregnant women, nuns and doctors. They continue to argue over whether the baby will be a boy or a girl. They both get their wish when Suzie delivers twins, boy and girl.
