As Gibbs enters autopsy, the doors close behind him. The next shot shows the doors fully open.
When Abby IDs the .357 magnum bullet that killed Agent Pacci via its ballistics, she rather improbably manages to narrow it down to the Smith & Wesson Model 66 revolver, to which Gibbs quips that it is small and 'easily concealable', however the Model 66 is a larger, N-frame .357 magnum revolver and not by any measure a 'small handgun'. Interesting enough, the image flashed on the screen is the smaller, J-frame S&W Model 60 (which IS small and easily concealable).
Tony is telling Amanda a story of playing against UCLA in the NCAA Final Four while at Ohio State. DiNozzo attended from 1989 to 1993. The Buckeyes had no Final Four appearances between 1968 and 1999.
After Ducky has explained to Gibbs that there was a small foreign object in special agent Pacci, and Ducky says, "That would be my guess, Jethro." Pacci take a deep breath while supposedly dead on the autopsy table.
As Abby is telling Gibbs about the probable gun used to kill Agent Pacci the camera points back at Gibbs as he is leaving the room, a crewman is seen standing next to the door but in the next close up of Gibbs standing in the doorway the crewman is not there.
