Larry and the Darryls break up

The brothers win $30,000.00 in a jingle writing contest, but Darry #1 leaves home.

A funny chance for the guys to have an episode of their own. There is a good subplot of Joanna wanting to take a Christmas card picture in May during a heat wave. Funniest scenes are the stone faced Darryl #1 in his new bachelor pad and the ending where he finally smiles.

Not Just a Pretty "Face"

It's May and it's hot. Joanne decides that they should do a Christmas picture because she always waits til the last minute. Of course, Dick is against it because of the heat (and the fact that it is May). But everyone gets into the act. George even brings in a tree. While the festivities are in gear, Larry announces that one of the Darryls is missing. The boys have won $30,000 in a jingle contest. The dark haired Darryl (who also goes by the name "face") has left and got himself a bachelor pad. Dick and Larry go to bring him back. The apartment is filled with all kinds of gadgets that one might find at The Sharper Image." There is also a really attractive young woman. This is a most memorable episode.
