One of my very favorite episodes. There's nothing complex about it, it's all playful comedy. Bill's at the height of self-importance when he hires a manservant to follow him around, and that's enough of a winning plot line in itself. But Stephen Root handily walks away with this one. Lisa's desperate to be one of the guys and convinces Mr. James to teach her the secret of management. What follows is . . . well, it's just perfect. The precious secret turns out to be hours of platitudinous sayings you've seen on countless bumper stickers. The whole gag is Lisa being razzed, but it's Root in rare form and playing the character at (possibly) its most deranged.
