When the consortium buy the chains, Boycie contributes £7,000. However, when Del escorts Boycie out of the restaurant after Arnie's 'heart attack', he mentions "£7,500 of [Boycie's] unlaundered money
Neither Del (nor any of the consortium) question why a hospital doctor would have called him at home about Arnie, (especially as his next of kin had already been informed) or how they had Del's phone number when he hadn't given it to Arnie.
When the consortium are at del boys flat counting all the money and Uncle Albert was short because he miscounted interest rates they were left £36.20p short and del boys like oh no now what we going to do.so Rodney puts the last bit of money in.but in the restaurant where Arnie is going to meet maxi Stavros to sell the chains ,del and boycie enter to keep a eye on Arnie, the head Waiter asks them if they have booked a table because there rather busy.del boy then pulls out money and slips it in the waiters pocket saying this will help make room.but they were all skint 5 minutes before when Rodney made up the difference to the total amount for the gold chains
When Arnie and the consortium run out the flat to meet Mr Stavros, Rodney stays behind waiting for Cassandra to call him from Isle of Man. Next thing it cuts to the restaurant and Rodney is in the driver seat of the van with Albert.
Rodney confidently states that the mysterious "Mr Stavros" is 'a man given to bouts of mindless violence'as if he knew him. But he had never even heard of Stavros until Arnie briefly mentioned him as the original buyer, the night before.
