Warning: Spoilers
The Protectors make a prison break out look so easy. However Harry Rule's suspicious mind is just as lax as the prison where Contessa Caroline di Contini goes in pretending to be a British aristocratic prison visitor and reformer.

The Protectors have been hired by reclusive mogul Bela Karolian (Patrick Troughton) for a prison break. The target is his idealistic brother Sandor from a prison in Greece.

Contessa Caroline manages to smuggle up some equipment when she visits the prison. The fact that she is pretending to be an aristocrat is enough for her not to be searched. Also the Contessa leaves her watch behind in the cell, maybe she should had packed another watch.

Of course there is a twist. Bela wants to kill his brother as he knows that the business is drug trafficking.

It might have been easier to arrange Sandor's murder in prison.

I'm not surprised that it all gets a bit too silly by the second episode. A feature of Gerry Anderson productions.
