  Jeff McKeever : Soldiers live by a different set of rules, rules of war. You're losing this war, Mr Favor. You're being out-manoeuvred, out-deployed, your losses are mounting everyday. You're a wise commander, you'll come to terms with the enemy before he annihilates you.

  Gil Favor : Yeah but I ain't no commander. The only war I'm fighting is the war to survive. That battle of survival has won more victories than all the cannons and cavalry charges put together. So I'll take my chances with your Colonel Reed. He's just a man, and from what I know of him,not too much of one at that.
