In the drive room, Rimmer's future echo says, "You're space crazy," even though in the actual conversation with Lister, Rimmer says, "You ARE space crazy."
In the drive room, when Rimmer (the future echo) says, "Shut up," when he is interrupted he lifts his arm up, in the actual conversation when he says, "Shut up," he doesn't lift his arm.
Rimmer tells Lister he doesn't want to spend "Three hundred thousand millenia alone while you're in suspended animation", but three hundred thousand millenia is three hunded million years rather than three million years. However, in Rimmerworld, he does use millenia correctly. Therefore, this was a scripting error.
Rimmer says that his father committed suicide, but in "Better Than Life", the letter from his mother says that he passed away peacefully in his jeep (and Rimmer didn't know at the time that his father was dead).
However, "Better Than Life" Rimmer says, "He said that just before that rather unfortunate suicide business.". But he never says or alludes to this being a successful attempt.

A crew member's legs can be seen moving in the reflection on the chrome of the toaster when it says "Did someone say they wanted toast?".

When the second flash occurs, and Lister is running across gangways to the drive room (where Rimmer tells him that he just died) the camera pans left to follow Lister running down a flight of stairs, two crew members feet and legs are visible left of screen.
A crew member's legs can be seen in the reflection on the chrome of the toaster after Lister thumps it.
A crew member (wearing jeans and a yellow shirt) can be seen in the reflection on the chrome of the toaster when it says "Light speed" and Lister says "Smartarse!", then later in the scene as it says "Yes, of course it is. Bozo."
