I am sure this series has nothing to envy to UNTOUCHABLES, as I did say about TARGET THE CORRUPTORS. The main difference is the lesser action sequences, as it was the case with TARGET, and also in this series ROARING 20's, the lack of off voice, as a regular expose scheme, as we often saw for vintage gangster movies or series. The atmosphere, acting and photography are awesome and, sometimes, you have the feeling to watch a movie for the big screen. This tale here speaks of taxis business threatened by the mob, and you have not many action, gunfights scenes, but who cares? The ones you had in UNTOUCHABLES series were not very useful and I would say totally lousy, artificial at the most. I will always enjoy Elliot Ness adventures, but maybe I would prefer this TV show after all. Another look for this twenties and early thirties era.
