Terry is partnered with veteran black cop RC Taylor, famous for being tough on criminals. When they arrest teen Mark Culpepper breaking into a record store, Ryker sends them all to a youth camp.
Another excellent episode with good guest actors. The story takes a turn when Mark claims a man broke into the store before he did. Mark is played by Eric Laneuville, who ironically would play a juvenile offender who also broke into a music store in a episode of "Sanford And Son". Percy Rodriguez (he was the town doctor in The Heart Is A Lonely Hunter) is very good as Taylor who has good scenes with Webster as they argue over how black cops should operate. On top of all this we see Clint Howard (Gentle Ben) playing a clean cut kid who is caught with marijuana at the camp, Danko befriends him. All loose ends are neatly tied up at the end of this memorable show.
