Jeffrey's hobo, drifter Uncle Bill (Barry Nelson) arrives to Jeffrey's embarrassment and irritation. Stanley hires Uncle Bill to do some handiwork, unaware of his relation to Jeffrey. When David tells Stanley he gloats to himself and uses the situation against Jeffrey. Uncle Bill has some revelations and lessons of his own, however.
