This episode opens with Roy, Dale, and Bullet going down the road when Bullet spots an injured man tied to a burro. The man is a government surveyor who was attacked for trying to survey the area around Outlaw Town. That is a safe haven for bandits. The sheriff will have no authority to arrest anyone there until the land has been properly surveyed. It's up to Roy and Pat, posing as outlaws, to infiltrate the town and lure the outlaws out to where they can be arrested. This is a very watchable episode with Roy and Pat going undercover.
