Would it have been a TV episode?
searchanddestroy-16 August 2010
Warning: Spoilers
It is actually a sort of very short western I am talking about. It could have easily been a classic western movie. Starring the likes of Scott Brady, Ted De Corsia and John Doucette as the heavies, no one should think of an ordinary TV episode for a classic TV show...

Scott Brady plays here a stranger arriving in town, who finds a job in a little shop that sells barb wire for the settlers. And of course that makes trouble with the big land owners. Brady also finds trouble with some of the guys hanging around the corner. There is also the gal, who guesses that Brady hides a secret. And he does...

As we usually see in classic westerns.

The ending is foreseeable, if we watch this little feature in the logic of a western. But not in a TV episode.

It seems that in TV shows, there is always some kind of ironic situations. And ironic endings. Their trade marks.

That's my opinion, but perhaps am I not familiar enough with TV shows?
