  Dr. Robert Caldwell : This is elective surgery. There's every reason to believe the patient will benefit. Unnecessary surgery is totally different. All the risk, no gain. You reschedule Boynton for tomorrow. You cross me again, and I'll come down on you so hard you won't be able to get into barber school.

  Dr. Victor Ehrlich : I'm still gonna have to go to Craig about this. When he gets back, that is.

  Dr. Robert Caldwell : Who do you think he's gonna listen to? The surgeon he recruited personally from Duke, or the department clown?
