Chakotay is half a head taller than Namon, yet he fits into Namon's clothes without any seeming problem.
As Namon is walking with Chakotay in the woods to find his vessel, it's shown that Namon's finger is on the trigger of his weapon. All military soldiers are trained to keep their fingers off the trigger until they're ready to fire as it is a safety issue. The previous episodes that show other characters using phasers are shown not to have their finger on the fire button until they're ready to fire the weapon.
Chakotay's universal translator translates the Vori's language differently than every other time it has been used - "sphere" instead of "world" or "planet", "fathom" instead of "understand", etc. - with no explanation given.
Chakotay says that, where he's from, they always resolve their differences peacefully, then goes on to acknowledge his Maquis career, which is the exact opposite of that.
When Neelix is telling Captain Janeway about the war, he gives her a lot of information but how could he have known about this war seeing as he hasn't been in that region of space before? He shouldn't have any information about the war at all.
