  Lt. Rod Blake : Oh, hello. I'm Rod Blake, chief investigator for the Nevada state troopers. Now Hoover Dam is one of the world's most spectacular places no matter how you view it. Tourists generally see it from this highway that crosses its top or looking up from Lake Mead. You're going to see it from a different angle, the way I did.
