Otto Kleburg, better known as Dutch is running a racketeering racket at the shipping yard, but is also guilty of murder and corruption, Marino plans to bring him down.
I think it's perhaps fair to say that the plot is quite similar to the one from the previous episode, with Marino applying pressure to a witness, in order to prosecute a pretty nasty mob boss.
That was quite some dinner party!! It's so well made.
It's another very watchable episode, with an interesting plot, great set of characters, and a real sense of atmosphere.
Considering it was made way back in 1961 it holds up well, in terms of visuals and acting, Jack Clugman was excellent as Dutch, a commanding presence on screen, I really liked Karen Steele too, who played his wife. Some cracking characters here, Cat lady definitely one of them.
This is definitely becoming my Saturday evening viewing, it fits the slot perfectly.
7/10.
