Pat Crawford is Don's efficient and beautiful new secretary.
An OK episode, not one of the best. Pat is played by Mary Frann, later played Bob Newhart's wife on his second sitcom "Newhart". However she is billed as Jennifer Douglas. Ann becomes jealous of Pat and when Don goes on a business trip with Pat, Ann starts putting things of Don's back in his apartment. Funniest scene is a fast motion when she tries to switch things back.
