When Mark's pet lizard dies after being left in David's care, the Hogans end up in court when Mark sues David.
This episode doesn't live up to its potential and is not really very funny. Valerie has the best line when she says of the feuding brothers, "One minute they're in diapers, the next they're in litigation".
David comes off as a real jerk in this one. His flippancy and insensitivity about the lizard's death is what prompts Mark to take legal action in the first place. When he apologizes in the final scene, it's really a case of too little too late. If he had done that in the beginning, none of this would have happened.
