- Jack and the team investigate the disappearance of Rosie Diaz, a postal employee. When her truck is found abandoned and emptied of the $12,000 worth of video games Rosie was delivering, the team wonders whether she is a victim of foul play or a willing participant in the theft.—Anonymous
- A load of popular video games seems the motive for the clumsy robbery of a postal truck from which the driver, Rosie Diaz, disappeared. Her foster daughter Shantel refuses to comment on the claim she abused the teen brat's fright-muted kid brother Malcolm, causing both to be taken in social services charge, but former foster son Luis Alvarez glowingly praises Rosie's reliability as devoted mother. Her own long-jailed mother clarifies Rosie felt obliged to foster after failing to mind one brother who has a fatal accident, and her surviving half-brother Jorge Hernandez, in constant gambling debts, fits the description of the man who recently dropped by demanding more cash but was thrown out at gunpoint by Malcolm.—KGF Vissers
- A postal worker disappearance raises two questions; one, what is her possible link to a shipload of a popular video game in her cargo, and two, in her personal history of taking in foster children, was it for the benefit of the children, or does she have a history of abusing the children she takes in? This leads the investigation through the foster care system; including what happens to a child when they leave/outgrown the system, the effect dividing or separating siblings causes, and how important the environment they are raised in matters (when one of the foster children finds a gun and has to confront a violent situation). Also brought to attention, is a reminder, that our mail, that goes through another type of system that also holds no gurantees, is not always innocent in itself/and/or in the destination on where it ends. In both the beginning & end of the episode, we see how Vivian continues to deal with stress, & throughout the episode, Samantha tries in vain, to keep her personal life under wraps.
