In the 2-part episode "Feminum Mystique" it is said that
Wonder Woman's powers derive from her bracelets. This contradicts the pilot episode and other early episodes in which it is said her power comes from her golden belt.
In the pilot the Queen states that Diana is her "only begotten" child. Here she suddenly has a second.
In part one of "The Feminum Mystique", Drusilla is wearing two ribbons in her hair before she spins into Wonder Girl for the first time. As she spins, the ribbons fall off and land on the ground. Immediately after Drusilla's transformation, the ribbons disappear.
When Diana returns home and finds her apartment door open, she puts her uniform hat down on the hall table, steps away from the table, and transforms into Wonder Woman. When she changes back to Diana Prince, the hat is on her head, even though she's halfway across the room from where she left it.
The Nazi General speaks as if he is first learning of Wonder Woman. Just two episodes earlier in Fausta, the Nazi Wonder Woman (1976), the Nazis had captured Wonder Woman and brought her to Germany with the full knowledge of the German high command.
When the pilot ejects from the stolen jet he lifts up the canopy and stands up but the wind force would have thrown him into the rear canopy and killed him instantly. A true ejection would blow the canopy and the pilot's seat from the plane.
When Wonder Girl is chloroformed, if you look closely and slow it down, it looks like the actor gave her a bit of a squeeze near or on her breast not sure if it was intentional or he was trying to grab a hold of her and she moved at wrong time.
The establishing shot of the "deserted industrial area" that is a refuge for Nazi spies, and where the captured Wonder Girl is taken, shows (in the 1940s) a 1970s freeway and billboard, with steady traffic, in the background.
During the games on Paradise Island horses pass Her Majesty and move under a large tree. Modern mobile homes are visible on the left side of the screen and these were most likely used as dressing rooms/rest rooms for the cast and crew.
In part one of "The Feminum Mystique", when Diana returns to the apartment to find Drusilla missing, the shadow of a crew member can be seen as she walks toward the camera.
At the 18:06 mark, when the Amazons are competing against each other on Paradise Island, Drusilla rides up on a horse and as they gather around a tree, you can see a trailer and cars in the background to the left.
The jet shown (actually a British Gloster Meteor) used two engines. Receiving only one engine from England would not allow the replacement to fly.
The German pilot stole the experimental jet, which lacked the range to fly the distance needed from the eastern US to any territory occupied by Germany circa 1943. It would have run out of fuel over the Atlantic Ocean and crashed.
Drusilla knows nothing about ice cream and men yet knows how to use a pay phone to call Diana.
Classified information such as an engine shipment would not be discussed in front of a civilian, especially one Steve had just met.
