When Bernard first sees the board which says "Civil Service Transport Strike" the board is leaning at a fairly shallow angle. In the next scene the board is almost vertical.
In quite a few scenes, the chandelier in the Minister's office is shaking visibly, as if someone has just bumped it.
When Hacker reads the newspaper account of his meeting with the civil service union rep, he says "He quotes me word for word - 'of course there will be redundancies, lots" But in the actual meeting in the previous scene Hacker only said "of course there will be redundancies." He did not add "lots".
