House, after pacing all night in pain, prepares to give himself a morphine shot. He puts a tourniquet on his arm to inject it intravenously. The problem is that morphine is administered intramuscularly, so the tourniquet is unnecessary.
When House inserts a CD in the player, the jazz music starts playing immediately after disc tray closes. It would've taken at least six seconds for a disc player to load the disc's contents.
This error hits multiple topic areas. Cuddy asks House to give her the fertility injections, claiming she can't do it herself. This is problematic for several reasons: 1) she was already getting the treatments in "Forever"; 2) if Cuddy had a fear of needles she would be useless as a doctor; 3) her being able to lift her skirt for House to give the injection (not to mention a lifetime of ostensibly correct personal hygiene) proves she can reach her own butt. This error seems mainly intentional, so as to give House and Cuddy more flirting time/character development.
At time mark 0:38:39, on the left-hand side of the screen, the reflection of a cameraman or boom operator can be seen on the sliding glass door as Dr. House walks through.
House is pacing in the hall during a differential diagnosis, and Chase asks why. Cameron tells him House's pain is worse. If anyone should be answering this question, it's Chase, who was the first of the three to get his fellowship. The pilot established Foreman as the newest to the team, and "All In" and "Human Error" established that Chase has been there longest. If Chase is unable to read when House's pain has increased, he was even more useless than House so often declared him to be.
