This was the last episode broadcast in black and white.
Viewers took note that this was the very LAST EPISODE where the yard next to the Baxter's garage was empty.
In "Hazel's Cousin" (September 20, 1962,) the "Bewitched" (1964) House was built from scratch and occupied the next door lot. It took ownership of the Baxter's Garage with the 'X' facade roof.
In this episode, viewers get to see that large, circular plant where about the "Stephen's Living-Dining Room would be. The Baxter's Fence was where Darrin Stephens Den would be made up in red brick.
The French Style vertical garage doors would be replaced with one horizontal door; and, the garage would be attached to the "Stephens House."
The "Baxters House" had a large gap between the dining room French Doors, Patio and the kitchen door off the RIGHT side of the house and the soon-to-be former garage. Meaning, a NEW garage was put in place for Season Two the following September 1962.
In short, viewers said good-bye to the empty lot that started at the side fence running into the Baxter's Garage. Also, viewers said good-bye to the Baxter's Garage which would be annexed onto the "Bewitched" (1964) house on the empty lot.

The Church on the Corner on the "Columbia Ranch" had its day in this episode. The Church sat on the outside elbow of the bent arm-shape street called "Blondie Street." Across a tiny side street was the empty lot that in September 1962 would sit the "Bewitched" (1964) house - which was adjacent to the "Baxters House."
The Protestant Church was never used in shows like Bewitched" (1964,) nor "I Dream of Jeannie" (1965.) So, this is a rare occurrence for younger viewers of the 21st Century who have a grown attachment to those more popular shows.
The Church was moved to that location from the Northern End of "Columbia Ranch." However, a 1970 Fire damaged it so much that is was completely destroyed and rebuild much farther back from "Blondie Street."
Still, this was likely the only known use of the Church On The Corner where to the quick-eyes viewer, The Barn-shape house next door could be seen - the "Kravitz House" in "Bewitched" (1964.) And, the picket fence House from "Dennis The Menace" (1959) and "I Dream Of Jeannie" (1965.)

The "Columbia Ranch Pool" makes an appearance as Dierdre Baxter's Club - which has a golf course and pool.
The "Columbia Ranch" Pool sat literally across the street from the "Baxters House" hidden by trees in the "Columbia Ranch" Park.

The sister named Phyllis mentioned in the family tree only made one appearance in the series - in "Everybody's Thankful But Us Turkeys".
