While not as funny as other episodes in the first series, this remains a quick moving and funny instalment, with problems as ever escalating beyond Rick Spleen's wildest dreams.
I think the character of Magda is great, and perhaps the only one here (with Michael not appearing much) that challenges Jack Dee's Rick in terms of being funny.
It veers into black comedy at times a little, which will divide people, but this on the whole is another decent episode.
