This is basically a short film noir. The plot was kind of vague but it seems to deal with a private detective being blackmailed because he's gay. He sets out for revenge.
The short LOOKS great--it's shot in moody black and white. It looks like it could have been done in the 1940s (I mean that as a compliment). The acting is OK I guess (it's hard to tell from a 10 minute short). So I liked watching it and thought they captured the film noir feeling perfectly. It's just that the muddled story line wasn't compelling and didn't make a lot of sense. I can only give this a 7.
