I saw this through the Short Circuit Traveling Film Festival that they sent to my school and I loved it. It made the short film fest worth it because the first half were documentaries and then the last half were short films that I might actually see in a theater. This was my fave, I love Paulo. I would like to see more of the Dandy Dwarfs work. I liked it because even though it was a short film (only 20 or so minutes long) it had enough content for a full feature. I think that within the film a lot of different themes were encompassed. I also liked that even though the entire movie could have been a real situation, there was some magical realism within the film, such as with the little rocking horse. On a more shallow note, Mike Porten is pretty smoking.
