Sex & Nudity

- There are several strip club scenes (no nipples).
- A stripper's breasts are appeared within the to begin with few minutes of the motion picture at an opening in a strip club where she comes out to perform and does different post moves. The nakedness is appeared briefly but mildy. To begin with with her bra on and afterward on scenes with breasts unmistakable.
- We see various bare-breasted women in a strip club where a woman does her pole dancing thing again. This time, she's even more scantly clad than before (a sheer bikini type top and small and tight shorts that show much of her bare butt) and she does various sexual moves, while also bending over, crawling on all fours, and lying on her back and spreading her legs for the patrons to see. At various points, the camera focuses close on her body parts.
- We see slow-motion views of a woman doing her striptease pole dance while scantly clad (in mini shorts that show a lot of her bare butt, almost like a thong, and a camisole type top that shows cleavage). We also see a bare-breasted woman in the same venue.
- We see an agent gives a young woman a side autopsy view of a fully nude woman's dead body on a table from the morgue (we see the bare breasts and part of the bare butt) and for her to analyze it.
- A young woman watches a man in her rear view mirror, he takes off his shirt and is bare-chested, she steps out of her car and looks at him, and she turns and walks away. A young man caresses a young woman's knee, she pushes him away, they talk about the fact that she does not want to have sex with him, and he professes his love for her.
- A young man and a young woman (her chest is covered with a sheet and he's bare-chested) lie in bed talking, after having had sex.
- There is a sex scene between a man and a woman (no nudity).
Violence & Gore

- A woman who is tied up frees herself in the killer's basement cutting herself loose with a broken bottle shard of glass. The killer comes and tries to stab her, she escapes and trips him. She then brutally stabs him in the gut then on the neck with the bottle and we hear a loud crack. Lots of blood spurts and accumulates from his wounds. Then killer takes his last stroll around his basement about to die and collapses dead with his prosthetic legs.
- A woman who's driving nearly crashes on a dog when she swerves to miss an animal in the road and discovers the badly injured (dismembered) woman in a ditch on the side of the road. The dismembered woman wakes up during surgery to amputate her arm and leg, she hyperventilates, and then goes back under and we hear the whirr of the saw, then she wakes up in a hospital recovery room and panics when she realizes she is missing her arm below the elbow and her leg below the knee.
- A serial killer buries a woman alive and she is left there helpless and shock. A woman hears visions about her twin suffocating in the coffin, she too suffocates. Later, that young woman digs up a grave, breaks the lid of the coffin and finds her twin inside barely alive and malnourished.
- A young woman separates from her friends, walks into a crowd looking for someone and does not return to a previously arranged meeting place. She is kidnapped (not seen) and then seems in anguish while bound and gagged and having blurry views of her sadistic kidnapper. She is and strapped to an operating table, the guy puts a drug in her mouth, and she writhes and struggles against her restraints. He then places a brick of dry ice onto her right hand, and we later see her fingers that are all black. He then lifts that ice that ends up pulling off some skin and meat from her hand (seen in closeup). He then uses a glass cleaver to cut off those fingers, with bloody results (including a stream running off from the scene), all as she screams and struggles in pain.
- A woman descends to a dimly lit stairwell to a chamber of torture, where she finds a glass blade stained with the blood that was used to stab someone. She opens a door and someone's arm appears out of the doorway an individual who tries to seize her, forcing her to forcefully push the door against their arm and then begins to saw off his hand with the chunk of glass-- the camera lingers and it takes some time to separate while blood accumulates (the man screams in pain), and we see the blade slowly making its way through the skin and the bone; the hand plops to the floor and the attacker shrieks and runs away.
- We see another view of the gloved hand going down the bloody striptease pole. We then see the woman remove that glove, with a finger falling out (we see blood on the severed digit as well as the hand having to be accumulated from her twin being tortured). We later see a bloody towel around her hand, and then blood dripping onto the floor in a bus, with a stranger telling her she needs to get her hand above her heart to stop that.
- A young woman has what seems to be a nightmare about being cut and mutilated. In the nightmare, the killer wearing blue uses a glass blade to press on the woman's arm. In the hospital bed, we see a puncture wound opening in her arm, blood pools and dribbles and she wakes up and sees her arm covered with blood and she screams in panic. The blood she smears all over leaving a mess. Her father comes in the hospital room quickly
- In a bloody sequence, a woman tapes her severed finger onto a table, pours some blue liquid on her stump and then begins stitching it back to her hand with a needle and thread (we see the needle tugging against the skin and we hear her breathing and moaning in pain and we see blood on the table and on the hand and finger). The woman wakes up from her bed to find that blood is everywhere on both her hands and all over her leg.
- A man with a tire iron goes into a serial killers house to confront a killer and does not come out; a young lady goes trying to find him, she goes through a door and finds prosthetic legs, racks, and glass objects hanging from the walls and ceilings and then strolls to find blood dripping onto a blood bucket from a table and something wrapped in plastic. She takes the wrap off and sees the man's dead body on an operating table doused with blood. He tells her his last words and then dies.
- A lady battles a man attempting to kill her, yet the attacker tears out her prosthetic arm and knocks her with it and afterward ties her up. The man roars in anguish, the scene cuts to a gory shot of his bloody severed hand in a plate of ice as the camera pans, we see a blood trail of dripped blood, and a set garments on the floor. Then a man striking keys around a piano irritated about losing his hand. He tapes his wrist, and his rage fuels.
- A young woman pounds on an apartment door, opens it, recoils from the smell and finds a woman dead in a chair (we see the woman's blue-tinged face and arms). She has been known to be dead of drug overdose and she is identified as a crackhead. (Flies are feeding from the corpse).
- A woman tries to get a trophy at a house. An image appears on the mirror of a tortured girl with a white dress and she is struck hard across the side of the head by someone with a shovel and is dragged away. Her twin also gets the identical motion falling on the carpet with blood on her nose dripping to her chin. The killer drags her to a coffin, then an owl appears. Pedals of a rose thorn fall and land on a stream.
- A man describes the wounds a young woman suffered while writing an autopsy report (limbs and digits had been removed). We hear that a young woman's body was found after she had been missing.
- A young woman is frightened while walking alone on a dark road when she sees a figure watching her from a distance. We see someone closing a casket lid and digging a grave.
- Two young girls hold their hands as if they are injured and scream.
- A young woman has trouble breathing and feels like she is suffocating, it turns out that its her twin suffocating speaking to her while she is buried alive in the coffin.
- A young woman pricks her finger on the thorn of a rose and we see blood oozing out of it.

- A woman catches a teenage girl smoking in her room, she takes the cigarette and says it's a non-smoking house, but takes a drag before putting it out. The fact is that she thinks that girl is her daughter and she is her daughter's twin who smokes in several scenes.

- A young woman takes a pill and drinks from a bottle of alcohol.
- A man drinks alcohol in a few scenes, and people are shown smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol in several exotic dance club scenes.

- A young woman says that her mother died from a drug overdose and a young woman talks about being raised by a crack addict.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The movie features explicit violence, including torture, blood, dismemberment, and killing, at a sadistic killer's house. The content may be disturbing, and viewers are advised to exercise discretion as it contains disturbing images.
- A woman slowly makes her way around a house that may be the killer's lair. She accidentally makes some noise, and then hides in an outside corner, trying to avoid the figure in the window from seeing her.
- A woman walks alone in an open and dark road where he sees a man wearing blue standing right by her at a bus stop.
- In a classroom a woman announces in a classroom that one of their missing classmates were found dead and we later see her body in a morgue and we hear disturbing details about her death.
- A television news coverage announces that a teenage girl is missing.
- Experiencing symbiotic symptoms, a woman finds that she's having trouble breathing (correlating to a person who's been buried alive).
- A winab slowly walks through the killer's lair where various prosthetic limbs sway while hanging from the ceiling and finds a corpse hidden under a sheet of plastic.
- A miscellaneous woman swerves on the road at night to avoid an animal, but then sees a body lying along the road.
- The torture scenes are very gross and tense to many viewers, seeing as how you see literally everything.

Sex & Nudity
- Practicing lying to pose as her twin, a young woman says (among other things) that she never sold her body to hairy old men with BO (body odor).
- In biology class, a man is asked to find the female reproductive organs and the seminal receptor, but he ends up pointing out the male reproductive organs (for what turns out to be worms, which aren't seen). A teenage girl then jokingly tells him that it looks like he needs more experience with the female anatomy. The man puts his hand on her lap near the genitals.
- Knowing a woman is checking him out, a worker removes his shirt outdoors and then suggestively holds a branch in front of him (in a somewhat phallic fashion), all as we see a close-up view of her clothed butt, representing his POV.
- Finding that one of her fingers has fallen off, a woman faints and ends up on the floor (in her revealing striptease outfit).
- A man rushes out to ask some male FBI agents if they have a condom or "rubber," and they laugh that they don't, amused by his urgency (but this turns out to be just a diversion on his and Dakota's part).
- A high school man and woman is seen briefly but passionately kiss while clothed and standing. The two sleep with each other and a vision of light.
- A cat has his genitals shown coming out of his butt. Note: it wasn't intended to be sexually but to the viewers look it is pretty disgusting.
- A young man is embarrassed when asked to identify the female sex organs of an earthworm and he mistakenly finds the male sex organs.
- A girl finds a condom in her room and says to her boyfriend that they should "make it last". A fairly graphic sex scene happens. He's shirtless and her sideboob can be seen
Violence & Gore
- We see parents of a young woman identifying her body in a morgue and they scream and cry in disbelief (we see her on the table covered with a sheet and her face is tinged blue).
- A woman watches a video on the internet about stigmata: We see a re-creation of some people in a bar drinking. One is then shot in the neck and killed. At the same time, his twin in another location suddenly has blood flow from a new hole in his neck, as well as out of his mouth.
- A young woman falls off a chair and to the floor and we see her with a bloody nose to drip down her chin. A young woman has a dream about a young man taking off his shirt and revealing a tattoo of a heart with wings, and the wings begin to move, and then slashes appear across his chest (no blood is evident).
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- We see a dead girl's parents identifying her dead body (we see bruises on her face) and they react in shock and grief. There's talk of limb amputation, and that the killer used amphetamines to keep her alert during such sadistic violence. The movie may have bad acting but scenes are very traumatizing. There is also imagery of blood and gore, with a twin relating to an identical wound.
- We see the killer behind a woman who initially isn't aware he's there. She then tries to hit the killer, but he avoids that, grabs and pulls off her prosthetic arm, and knocks her unconscious. When she comes to, she's bound and tries to free herself, but can't as the killer comes back and holds a dagger to her face. He then tries to attack her, she avoids that, and fights with the person who tries to kill her.
- The psychological thriller follows a woman who seeks to find the person who tortured her twin and save her from being killed by a sadistic murderer. The story has a connection, with if her twin dies, she too dies.
- A young woman and a grown man are at the killer's house. Legs and bones are hanging from the ceiling. We see the man's dead body in a tub full of blood. The woman cuts off the killer's hand, but is then tied up. When the killer comes to finish her off, she swerves, making him cut the rope, she runs away, and stabs in the abdomen and the side of the neck with a glass blade. Blood squirts and sprays.
- At the end, a young woman stumbles through the woods at midnight and finds the spot where the killer buried her twin alive. She digs up the ground and smashes the casket open. We see that her twin is barely alive and she lifts a bloodstained sheet off of her
