Sex & Nudity

- No nudity.
- Two students making out in a car leads to the male putting his hand up the female's dress, but nothing happens past that.
- A male student invites a female to perform oral sex on him. She declines.
- Two students kiss while in a bathroom stall.
- Two zombies kiss and eat each other (violently) than go down into the screen but after that you see nothing.
Violence & Gore

- A lot of both violence and gore. Extremely graphic by times (many severed heads and limbs, gunshots to the head, and a lot of bludgeoning, bites, and blood). There's one scene where the gym teacher rips off a zombies head and you can see the spine covered in blood.
Profanity

- Fuck, piss, shit, asshole, screw, cocksucker. Fairly constant throughout.
- Several anti-homosexual words.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Students are seen drinking beer on several occasions (one while in a car, with the student suggesting that he'll be driving soon). Two students are seen in the hall drinking from a bottle in a bag for a brief moment, then the principle comes and takes them away. The school's principle is seen drinking from a flask and later chugging beer.
- Marijuana is smoked by a student on several occasions.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- A few jumpy scenes.
- Many scenes involving gore and graphic violence.
- Students are seen getting chased by zombies but then the grave cleaner hits one of them in the head then the zombie falls offscreen.
