- there is a song called mark it up where a brother says i don't take a lip from my s*ut as his sister is wearing cleavage and a other brother pulls two girls underwear but he does not small them
- During "Zydrate Anatomy", GraveRobber and Amber are seen simulating sex (while fully clothed) in fast edits that are flashed onscreen between surgery scenes and the "real time" shots of Amber experiencing a Zydrate drug high.
- During the song, "We Started This Op'ra Sh*t," several Genterns (scantily-clad nurses) get on the stage and rub on each other while moaning (scene lasts just a few seconds).
- Also during "We Started This Op'ra Sh*t", while audience members are "testifying," a woman sings about how she needed a kidney transplant desperately and how GeneCo added on a "makeover" for a small added fee and then she flashes her breasts for a few seconds (presumably to show off her new breasts).
- During the carnival when Pavi is getting his face replaced with a new one, three Genterns are seen sitting up from presumably giving him oral sex.
- A man suggests that his brother and sister should have sex. but he does not say the f-word
- In a song, a man sings explicitly about sex. (I'll just find a hole and f*** it, if there ain't one, I will make one).
Violence & Gore

- A character received a botched face transplant, which is seen falling off at the top shortly after surgery, and she is seen pressing it back up like a mask or sticker. A little later in the movie her face falls completely off. Underneath it's just the actress's face painted with blood, and she doesn't appear to be in pain, so it's not horribly gorey.
- A woman is chased by the Repo man in the beginning. When he finds her, he slits her throat and we see lots of blood pouring out of the wound, and he pulls her heart out
- Pictures of Pavi stealing the face of a woman are seen.
- A doctor is shot in the head and killed; there is blood spray.
- We see a cave-like area with dead bodies. Some of them are bloodied, some of them are not. GraveRobber is shown sticking a needle in dead bodies and extracting Zydrate.
- Shiloh falls unconscious several times.
- A man is shown tied to a chair in one scene. Nathan cuts out his organs (brief glimpses of him stabbing the man can be seen). And after the song it shows his body again, gutted and half decapitated.
- Nathan is shown trying to save Marni during her birth, who loses a lot of blood and dies. He cuts her stomach open and saves Baby Shilo, covered in goo and blood.
- Luigi is bumped into by a Gentern carrying a brain, leaving a huge blood stain on his shirt. Frustrated, he stabs her in the stomach, and we see her fall into the desk and the desk falls on her. She is seen slowly dying in a pool of her own blood while everyone else in the scene ignores her.
- Luigi picks up a brain and tosses it to a Gentern, telling her to "mark it up".
- A man is shown tied up and ready for repossession. Nathan stabs him in the stomach and pulls out his intestines and heart. The man is shown leaking blood all over the floor and Nathan's suit, which Nathan washes the whole place by spraying it down with a hose later on.
- Luigi stabs a person randomly at the opera preparation place, no blood is shown.
- A man is hung by his ankle and knocked out. The Repo Man kills him by breaking his neck, slices his back open, and repossesses his spine, we see a graphic shot of the spine covered in blood. The Repo Man later seen handing it to Rotti during "Who Ordered Pizza?".
- Nathan is shown slashing a victims' chest in one scene, before the scene ends, we see a graphic shot of the victim's stomach sliced open with the intestines falling out.
- Amber is shown getting surgery during "Zydrate Anatomy". We don't see much but the scalpel slicing into her skin and some bleeding.
- It is revealed Amber's face was badly disfigured during a surgery; we see the resulting face.
- There are people with surgery stitches and scars everywhere in this film.
- Nathan slits a few of GeneCo's guards' throats. He is later seen stabbing a few more.
- Amber is shown trying to keep her face on before the show. During "Blame Not My Cheeks", she struggles to keep it on, and then she does a faulty spin and her face falls off. This is done for comic effect.

- Zydrate is a futuristic painkiller that "takes you there"; it is addicting and mentioned that its abuse is common.
- Onscreen women are shot-up with Zydrate by a futuristic injector gun held by GraveRobber.
- The drug addicts in this film are generally portrayed as seedy derelicts running in back-alleys with prostitutes using drugs reclaimed from corpses.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The film was made in a Gothic style and all the sets and actors are made to be bleak, twisted and spooky.
- The majority of the film's gore is comically over the top.
- In the intro, it is revealed that everyone is afraid for their lives due to the Repo Man.
- A swat-team like group of police descend upon a little girl who was trespassing.
- There are piles of corpses in a burial chamber in a graveyard.
- There are many scenes in a graveyard.
- Shiloh frequently is in danger among rather disturbing people of questionable character.
- The scenes where we see peoples' internal organs getting repossessed might be disturbing and/or frightening to some.
Spoilers
Violence & Gore
- Mag gouges her eyes out, we see lots of blood spraying out and a view of her face without her eyes with blood pouring out of the socket. Her cords are cut and she falls and is impaled on the fence. We see her blood all over the stage.
- Shilo hits Nathan in the back of the head with a shovel.
- Nathan is tasered in one scene.
- Nathan is shot by Rotti (in the dark). He later dies from the wound onscreen in front of a crowd of onlookers.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Several people are seen running for their lives from the Repo Man (none of them make it out alive and each dies in a repossession kill; i.e. a woman's heart being cut out.)
- The scene where Nathan is shot on stage and later seen dying is very sad and dramatic. They sing their last song together and Shilo sobs, watched by many onlookers from the crowd)
