  Emma : [shakes her head]  It's no use trying to deny it.

  Rikki Chadwick : I'm not denying it. I was gonna tell you once I thought you were mature enough to handle it.

  Cleo Sertori : Friends don't keep secrets like that from one another.

  Rikki Chadwick : Well, this friend does. I don't see what all the fuss is about.

  Cleo Sertori : He's practically hunting us, Rikki.

  Emma : Actually, it's me he's hunting. I'm the idiot who saved him.

  [Rikki frowns and shakes her head] 

• Emma : Lewis, have you seen Rikki this morning?

  Lewis McCartney : No, why, what's going on?

  Lewis McCartney : Lemme think. Uh, Rikki, yeah, she's smart and sassy. At first, I... I found her quite prickly. But there is certainly a soft spot there. As for Zane, Zane's just a spoiled rich kid who needs to buy himself a brain.

  Cleo Sertori : Well, they're dating.

  Lewis McCartney : [chuckles]  I'm afraid that's not possible. Rikki and Zane are sworn enemies.
