A neo-psychedelia single "Dimension" by the Australian rock band Wolfmother opened this episode by quite a bang and even returned later on in the episode. This episode dealt with both trying to diagnose the patient with suspicions of a military- cover-up and House trying to figure out why he knows the patient. Sounds kind of odd on paper but it works out beautifully in this episode. And like a storm, Dr. House and Dr. Cuddy seem to be on a collision course for something more in their relationship, getting another hint of that in this episode.

The dream aspect is so magnificent to me
UniqueParticle2 August 2020
A military guy has difficulty with his blood cells, Gregory House has dreams about the patient before even getting the case file and can't pee during the case which is interesting. I like how the guest star is Marc Blucas I recently watched him a show called Underground that pretty good not as enjoyable as House! Top Secret had a great soundtrack and very intriguing scenery; I'm surprised it has a 8.1 I think it deserves higher! Paralyzed anomaly of fun and very immersive episode.

Warning: Spoilers
Subconscious of House is revealed. What if had a humiliated issue, how he was saved from that, the feeling of relief, care for somebody and imagine about her, even was not dominant as in season 5 finale, and finally that smile and seeing him happy-that kind of vibe audition wants to see more because of his depressive personality-.
Yes, sometimes a little nap can solve many things. Dream concept is applied amazing and the episode was very fluent. Made me laugh. Although I am a big House fan, I realised and got upset that I have not watched this episode for more times. It deserves 10 points exactly.
